the fudō lore.
FOR STRENGTH & GUIDANCE
Fudō Myō-ō, also known as Acala, is a central deity in Japanese Buddhism, widely worshipped for bringing financial fortune. With a fierce expression, a devil-subduing sword and a rope to bind demons, Fudō's purpose is to transform anger into salvation and protect Buddhist law. The belief that a Fudo Myoo mask can bring stability during earthquakes adds an interesting symbolic dimension in Japanese homes.
We can normally see Fudo in 2 colors. Red, which symbolizes passion or anger, and blue which represents calm and salvation.
